The past few years have taken a toll on everyone's mental health and wellbeing therefore we have made a commitment to be here to help you.

We have fully reopened and welcome you back to in-person services.  We will continue to follow governmental guidelines and go above them to keep our offices safe, disinfected and ready for you. 

Masks: Mask are required for in-person therapy until April 27, 2022.

Ensuring 2 meter distancing:  We have rearranged the office to ensure that there is 2 meters between any point of contact.

Passive Screening:  To prepare for your in-person session, please make sure you are feeling physically healthy.  If you are not feeling well, please schedule an online session.  Please screen yourself before your session.

1. In the last 10 days have you experienced any of the symptoms below?

• fever and/or chills • cough or barking cough (croup) • shortness of breath • decrease or loss of smell or taste Two or more of: • fatigue • muscle aches/joint pain • nausea/vomiting, and/or diarrhea • sore throat • runny or stuffy/congested nose • headache

  • If you are fully vaccinated and not immune compromised and experienced the symptom(s) over 5 days ago and the symptoms have been improving for over 24 hours, answer “No”.

 

  • If you are unvaccinated or immune compromised and experienced the symptom(s) over 10 days ago and the symptom(s) have been improving for over 24 hours, answer “No”.

 

  • If you received a COVID-19 and/or flu vaccination in the last 48 hours and are experiencing only mild fatigue, muscle aches and/or joint pain that only began after vaccination, answer “No.”

 

2. Has a doctor, health care provider, or public health unit told you that you should currently be isolating (staying at home)? This can be because of an outbreak or contact tracing.

 

3. Do any of the following apply?

  • You live with someone who is currently isolating because of a positive COVID-19 test

  • You live with someone who is currently isolating because of COVID-19 symptoms

  • You live with someone who is waiting for COVID-19 test results

  • In the last 10 days, you have you been identified as a “close contact” of someone who currently has COVID-19 AND you are not fully vaccinated† or you are immune compromised

 

If you answer YES to any one of the questions above, PLEASE DO NOT enter this location AND contact either your health care provider or Telehealth Ontario (1-866-797-0000) to get advice or an assessment, including if you need a COVID-19 test (if eligible).  AND call John to reschedule your appointment.  519-601-4357
