We are excited to start the gradual move back to in-person therapy as we have missed the personal service that we excel in. To keep you safe we have implemented the following policies:
Staggering appointments: We have changed appointment times to ensure that you are the only guest in our lobby at the beginning and end of your appointments.
Ensuring 2 meter distancing: We have rearranged the office to ensure that there is always 2 meters between any point of contact.
Screening: To prepare for your in-person session, please make sure you are feeling physically healthy. If you are not feeling well, please schedule an online session. When you arrive at the office, you will be screened to ensure there are not any risks of COVID-19 transmission. The questions that you will be asked are:
1. Do you have any of the following symptoms which are new or worsened if associated with allergies, chronic or pre-existing conditions: fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, and/or runny nose?
2. Have you traveled in the last 14 days?
3. Have you been tested for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
4. Do you know anyone who tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days?
If you answer yes to any of the questions, we will ask you to have your sessions online until 14 days have passed.
Sanitation: We are constantly sanitizing the offices, especially after sessions to make sure the rooms are clean and safe for you.
