About Me
Imagine waking up every morning feeling peaceful and confident. I used to think that was unobtainable. I believed that life was chaotic, and I would never be good enough. But God didn't leave me in that dark place. Through doing my own work and learning to lean on God, my healing happened and I found myself becoming more confident and waking up singing as I delighted in the day.

In 2014, I opened the doors to my practice. It has changed over the years, not only in location (I started in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON then moved to London, ON and now I am remote), it also has grown with my deeper understanding of people and how they work. I believe it is my responsibility to listen to people to fully understand who they are and help them find their own path.
I understand how difficult life can get. I've been there, done that. I've also helped hundreds of people just like you find their own way through the chaos to the peace and joy on the other side.
Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help can make things better. I care about you and I'm willing to do the work beside you to help you seize the day and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.

How I Work
It Is All About You
Going to therapy, especially for the first time, can feel daunting. Here’s a little insight into how I approach therapy.

In our first session, my focus is on understanding your needs and beginning to learn how I can best support you. This is when I’ll start to hear about your history and where you are in life right now. You are the expert on your own experience, so it's important that I learn about you directly from you. From there, I’ll work with you to develop a treatment plan that helps you move toward the life you want.
I believe therapy is all about you. Along the way, I’ll regularly check in to see how things are going—what’s working, and what’s not. Based on your feedback, I’ll adjust the approach to meet your needs, keeping us focused on the path to health and happiness.
